We’ve had such a fantastic summer this year (and hope you have too!) – beautiful sunshine and lots of happy glampers! If you didn’t get the chance to come down this summer, do not fear, you can still come on down!
Mill Farm is open well into the Autumn months so there is still plenty of time for you to go glamping! And don’t worry; there are still many things to enjoy down on the farm!
Autumn is a very exciting time for British wildlife and Mill Farm is perfectly situated in the Wiltshire countryside where you can explore what the autumn wildlife has to offer. You could even see some wild deer (if you’re lucky)!
Mill Farm is perfectly located for day trips out and there are many things to do even if the sun isn’t shining! Longleat Safari Park is less than 20 miles away, Britain’s largest drive through Safari Park – it doesn’t matter if it’s raining as you’ll be in your cars! There is also the majestic Stonehenge World Heritage site less than 18 miles away. Steeped in mystery and myth, Stonehenge never fails to enchant.
Back at the farm the lodges themselves are equipped for any kinds of weather. The lodges are built from a high-quality weather-resistant canvas that allows the tents to keep warm even when the sun is hibernating! Not to mention, each lodge also has a range cooker located in the middle of the tent – this is perfect for those chillier days!
Each lodge also has its very own table top fire pit which you can sit around and toast marshmallows in the evenings – the perfect way to warm up on a chilly autumn evening!
We hope to see you down on the farm soon!
