Alpaca Walking

Our alpaca walks are a firm favourite with every kind of guest — from curious children to corporate teams looking for an ice-breaker that isn't an awkward team-building exercise. Calm, inquisitive and impossibly photogenic, the herd lead the pace and you simply follow the rhythm of the farm.

Each walk begins with a gentle introduction from one of the family — meet the alpacas, learn a little about their personalities, and pick the one who chooses you. From there it's a leisurely amble along hedge-lined tracks, with plenty of pauses for nuzzles, photographs and quiet moments under the Wiltshire sky.

Wellies and warm layers are a good idea most of the year. Bring a camera — and a friend who needs cheering up.
