You can also get involved in Christmas crafts with a cuppa, and don’t forget to post that important letter to the North Pole in the mailroom!

As you walk through the Cloister, you’ll be met with the Community Christmas Tree Festival, themed around the Light Struck exhibition in the Fox Talbot Museum. Longleat’s Festival of Light is one of Wiltshire’s most spectacular Christmas attractions, not to be missed this festive season. Discover brand new, show stopping scenes from treasured children’s tales, including The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz, Winnie the Pooh, and many more. One festive event you definitely don’t want to miss this year is the magnificent illuminated light trail at Stourhead. Embark on an after-dark adventure through sparkling tunnels, where you’ll encounter giant baubles and marvel at glistening trees drenched in jewel-like colours. You might even find Father Christmas along the way! The trail takes around 90 minutes to complete, and you’ll want to wrap up warm from the cold weather; so, complete your walk under the stars with a hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows. It’s a feast for the eyes that the whole family will love.
